This book has 15 chapters in total. The first three chapters and the last chapter are general introductions, which focus on the discipline nature and research methods of abnormal psychology, the main theoretical viewpoints, the classification, diagnosis, treatment of abnormal behaviors and related legal issues; Chapters 4 to 14 focus on the more common psychological disorders in clinical practice, including their clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, theoretical viewpoints on the causes, and their prevention and treatment methods.

本书共15章, 前三章和最后一章为总论, 集中介绍了变态心理学的学科性质和研究方法, 主要的理论观点, 异常行为的分类、诊断、治疗及相关法律问题; 第4章至第14章着重介绍了临床上比较常见的心理障碍, 包括它们的临床表现、诊断标准、成因的理论观点及其预防和治疗方法等。
