Picun Village, Jinzhan Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, is located outside the Fifth Ring Road. Many migrant workers live there, including a significant number who share a passion for literature. Most reside in or near Picun, working in the city and writing in their spare time. Since 2014, Zhang Huiyu, a young teacher at Peking University, has been providing free lectures to these literature-loving migrant workers in Picun, attracting a group of intellectuals to join the volunteer team. This has led to the emergence of a number of grassroots writers, represented by Fan Yusu. Since 2019, the Picun Literature Group has published the electronic bimonthly journal *New Workers' Literature* and holds an annual "Laborers' Literature Cup" essay competition.
北京市朝阳区金盏乡皮村位于五环以外，这里生活着许多外来务工人员，其中有不少爱好文学的工友。他们多住在皮村或附近，在城里工作，业余从事写作。自2014年起，北京大学青年教师张慧瑜开始无偿为皮村爱好文学的工友授课，并吸引了一批知识分子加入志愿者团队，陆续涌现出以范雨素为代表的一批基层作者。2019年以来，皮村文学小组出版电子双月刊《新工人文学》，每年举办“劳动者文学杯”征文。
