This book is a long fantasy novel, telling the story of Yu An, a new employee who has lost part of his memory, and Zhao Ran, the mysterious and powerful leader of the emergency order team, who work together to solve the mutant crisis, crack the conspiracy, and restore peace and stability to the city. The full text consists of four volumes, and this volume is the first volume. The story takes place in the fictional year M023. Affected by abnormal radiation, mutants are rampant in Hongli City, and Yu An seems to have become the prey of the mutants. At a critical moment, Zhao Ran, who calls himself an "interviewer", suddenly appears. Yu An once submitted his resume to the mutant company where he works. He guides Yu An to complete the counterattack against the mutant. Yu An joins Zhao Ran's team and begins to recover his lost memory. The two embark on a journey to maintain the safety of the city together.
