In the early days of reform and opening up, the Song family by Dongting Lake went from being fishermen to vegetable farmers, working silently for a living. The fathers, represented by Xu Yuzhen, worked hard and diligently to dig deep into Songji Food, seeking livelihood and development. Pioneers represented by Song Mingze returned to their hometown after training in the army, leading the people of Dongting Town to continue to explore and forge ahead, constantly breaking through and moving forward in the contradictions of reform and transformation, experiencing ups and downs, and persevering, driving the common development of the surrounding three districts and five townships, giving the lake area a new look.
