The Legend of Hoh Xil/可可西里传奇

This book tells the story of Jien Gyatso, an ordinary Tibetan youth who, witnessing the devastation of Hoh Xil due to poaching, resolutely formed the "Wild Yak Team." Together with his teammates, they braved blizzards at minus forty degrees Celsius to hunt down poachers and protect the migratory route of Tibetan antelopes in the perilous wilderness. He dedicated six years of his life to building a defense line for the wasteland, ultimately falling victim to poachers' guns, becoming a symbol of ecological protection in Hoh Xil.
