This book is a collection of novels, divided into three parts, consisting of ten short stories, telling the stories and secrets of a group of children in a small town. The first part starts from childhood. In "Gold Hunt", a little girl abandoned by her parents, addicted to westerns and gold hunting stories, made an unattainable wish to the gods by chance. In "Ghosts in August", in the scorching hot July, the burning beech trees were brought by the burning wind, causing the children in the small town to have a heat syndrome that was connected by fantasy; the second part transcends the growth stage and moves towards the future. In "Bob's Monster", "The Town of Monsters" and "Flowing Light Like Water", the children at that time have grown up and returned to the town called "The Town of Dawn" after the millennium catastrophe to look for their disappeared old friends.
