This book selects the most representative Tusk government diplomacy (2007-2014) since Poland joined the EU as the research object, and sorts out the historical evolution and main characteristics of Poland's balanced diplomacy. Through the process tracing method, it explores the construction of Poland's middle power identity and the dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism, actual results and constraints of its diversified balanced diplomacy.
