This is a collection of short stories and also a collection of historical fables. The author Absalom melts history, myths and legends into his works and creates seven brain-opening stories. Some of these stories are fantastic, such as the opening story from ancient times, where a celestial being who wandered on earth found a child and taught him the secret of building a civilization; some are sad, such as the story of the escape of human sacrifices, choosing between protecting their lovers and surviving; some are absurd, such as the officer who broke into the Peach Blossom Spring and found that the original inhabitants there were just his painful memories...
