This book, based on historical records, is the latest volume in the "Selected Historical Materials of Shanghai" series compiled by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Learning and History. In 1995, the first batch of Shanghai cadres embarked on their journey to Tibet. Over the past 30 years, successive batches of Shanghai cadres have gone to Tibet to contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of the recipient region. Previously, the Shanghai Municipal CPPCC Committee on History, in cooperation with relevant units, had successively published selected historical materials on the first to seventh batches of Shanghai cadres supporting Tibet. This book primarily focuses on the oral accounts of the eighth, ninth, and tenth batches of Shanghai cadres who participated in the Tibet support work from 2016 to 2025.
