This book is divided into four volumes: "Young Leaders," "Hardships in Starting a Business," "On the Road to Success," and "A Life of Enlightenment," reviewing Cao Dewang's personal experiences and the development of Fuyao Group. As a child, Cao Dewang was called "Little India." When he started school at the age of nine, his uncle Changfu named him "Dewang." His mother often taught him that poverty was not terrible; he should have ambition, work hard to escape poverty, and be a person of integrity who earns the trust of others. After dropping out of school, he followed his father to learn business, dealing in tobacco and selling fruit, among other things. His initial business concepts and many life insights came from his father. His father once asked him how much "heart" he needed to accomplish things, such as dedication and sincerity, adding that he might not be alive by the time Cao Dewang understood this principle. Later, as Cao Dewang's business developed, he deeply understood this truth, but his father had already passed away.
