This book tells the story of how the magical Flying Catman recently solved many problems for Three Meow Town. Even the catfish-whisker swing that had collapsed at Meow Elementary School was put back up by the Flying Catman. However, the Flying Catman's identity is well-hidden, and no one knows who he really is. Little Jasmine accidentally finds a deer-shaped card, and based on several "mysterious" clues written on the back, she and her friends begin searching for the Flying Catman. At first, they thought the Flying Catman was Meow Three Smiles' mother, then they thought he might be Honey and Gulu's mother. Finally, Little Jasmine even wrote a song for Music Apple, wanting to prove that her mother is the Flying Catman.
