The author of this book collected a large amount of first-hand information on folk house patterns from Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Shanxi provinces in my country, and selected the most representative patterns. These patterns are then categorized into 5 sections and 15 subcategories, using an entry-based writing style to elaborate on each pattern's origin, historical allusions, evolution, composition, and cultural significance.
