Exchanges, congratulatory letters and messages regarding the opening of the Confucius Institute at the University of Nouth and the establishment of related research centers; 3. Records, focusing on events such as the establishment of teaching sites by the Confucius Institute from 2019 to 2024; 4. Exploration, providing an in-depth discussion of the history, current situation, and future prospects of Chinese language and publishing in Mauritania; and 5. Appendix, a one-sentence chronology of major events and a one-sentence blessing.
