This book is the second in Zi Ling Feng Xue's long fantasy novel series. It tells the story of Chen Xun and Da Hei Niu, who overcome numerous hardships to finally break free from their shackles. The story begins with them being invited by Ancestor Jin Yu to temporarily reside at the Jiugong Mountain of Xian Yue Tower. To fulfill the entrustment of their senior brother Ji Kun, the protagonists devote themselves to arduous cultivation, traversing the Tian Duan Great Plain, and successfully forging a flying boat over a hundred years. When they arrive at the Da Li World, they learn that the Ji family has been destroyed by a scheme by powerful clans due to the "Water Spirit Technique." The work further expands its world-building: the world in which the protagonists reside is actually a subordinate realm suppressed by the Heavenly Dao, where ancestors pave the way for their descendants, fighting in the realm's battlefield to enter a wider world of cultivation.
