It features familiar historical figures such as Lady Huarui, Li Qingzhao, Li Shishi, Lady Bai Niangzi, Xiaoqing, and Yan Rui, among others. Based on existing archaeological findings and appropriate speculation, the book designs possible attire for each figure, with verifiable details regarding clothing, jewelry, hairstyles, makeup, and settings. The book also includes a one-meter-long scroll and two dressing stickers, outlining the order of dressing and makeup steps for women in the Song Dynasty, and showcasing the fashion changes over three hundred years.
